The project

Next Phase installed Alside ASCEND siding installation on this Timonium home. ASCEND is a composite siding, not vinyl.

ASCEND is composite cladding with a real wood look. It is made to resist fading and moisture, it does not need to be painted, and it comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

Why they upgraded

The vinyl siding was fading. The homeowner was ready to move to a composite with more of a wood look, so Next Phase installed Alside ASCEND.
